The non-implementation of Supreme Court judgment and execution of unauthorised agreement by culprits is negation of apex Court dignity thus punishable. Revert all unlawful act. Hashmat Habib President Tehreek-e-Tahafuz-e-Adlia said this while commenting on the biased attitude of black sheep in the legal fraternity jeopardizing the housing project in Islamabad.

He urged the President, Supreme Court Bar Association of Pakistan for implementation of judgment dated 08.10.2020 of the Supreme Court of Pakistan with regard to Supreme Court Bar Housing Project at Islamabad. The matter has already been inordinately delayed for the past 11 months without any progress whatsoever.

In the year 2014 the Government of Pakistan had initiated a Housing Project for the Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation and Members of the Supreme Court Bar Association of Pakistan comprising of approx. 8000 of Kanal of land on parity basis in the Mauza of Tamma and Mohrian, Teh & Dist. Islamabad, and consequently a Notification U/S 4 of Land Acquisition Act 1894…..was issued on 29.4.2015 by the Land Acquisition Collector Islamabad. Later another Notification U/s 17, was also issued to expedite the matter.

Hashmat said that Supreme Court judgment is enforceable by all organs of State. Convene General Body meeting, we members can do it if present cabinet fails to do. Pass a displeasure resolution to expel all responsible instrumental to this scam.

Chief Justice of Pakistan be requested to refuse to attend inauguration ceremony at the land which is still not in possession of FGEHF responsible for its development to be allotted as per PM announced scheme for lawyers and Federal Government employees in Tamma and Morian at parity basis. Separate Housing Scheme of SC will be treated like other private housing projects and plots value will be reduced to less than one million, he added.

The veteran lawyer urged that hon. members must think on this side of matter. We appreciate the courageous approach of senior brother Babar Khilji, Faisal Malik, Prof. Rizwan and Mehmood Abbas of Karachi, Sardar Ujjan of Sindh and all likeminded who believe in rule of law and protection of SC authority. Truth always prevail. NAB must take notice of this sharamnaak scam. United we stand, Hashmat Habib added.

It may be mentioned here that a group of members of Supreme Court Bar Association, is suffering, striving and struggling for the past 5/ 6 years for the successful accomplishment of the Housing Project of Supreme Court Bar Association and performing the role of watchdogs of the Supreme Court Bar Housing Project at Islamabad.
